Founded in Melbourne by Mark and Susanna Ritchie, the journey began out of a shared frustration with the conventional advisory services in law. Having both served in prominent law firms and various in-house roles across large corporations and government agencies, Mark & Susanna knew too well the pitfalls that plagued the industry—overly formal, rigid, and often vague guidance coupled with hefty and unpredictable fees. There had to be a better way.
And so, Workplace Wizards was born. The mission was clear: to revolutionise workplace relations and human resources support for organizations nationwide, providing outsourced HR services that not only resolve issues but also prevent them. Since the inception of the business, the team has grown exponentially too, assembling a group of talented experts who bring a wealth of experience across various areas of employment law and human resources.
